Quote requests
When you send a quote request on this site, we receive what you type into the form, such as your name, phone number, vehicle, city and any details or insurer you add. It comes to our shop by email so we can answer you, give you an estimate and schedule the work. We do not sell it.
Phone calls from Google ads
If you reach this site from a Google ad, the phone number shown may be replaced with a Google forwarding number that rings our shop. For those calls Google reports to us the time and length of the call and the caller's area code, so we can see which ads lead to calls.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use this site. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an id. It records the pages you view, the site or ad that sent you here, your browser and device type and an approximate location.
Google Ads
We advertise on Google. The Google Ads tag on this site sets cookies such as _gcl_aw when you arrive from an ad, so Google can tell us when an ad leads to a call or a quote request.
Meta pixel (hail repair pages)
Our hail repair pages use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. It sets cookies named _fbp and, if you came from a Facebook or Instagram ad, _fbc. It records the pages you view and when the hail form is sent, so Meta can show our ads to people likely to need hail repair and tell us which ads work. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy.
How you found us
While you browse, this site keeps the campaign tags and Google ad click ID from the link you arrived on, and the site you came from, in your browser for that visit only. They are added to a quote request so we know which ad or page brought it in. We also count page views and phone taps by source, without your name or contact details.
